Our facilities
We manage two self storage sites in Seymour, both looked after by Ray White Real Estate:
- Seymour Allstore – 120 Wimble Street, Seymour. A larger range of unit sizes, including 20ft shipping containers.
- Wimble Street Self Storage – 111 Wimble Street, Seymour. Own-key units across small, medium and large sizes.

Unit sizes and pricing
Rent is per month, includes GST, and is paid in advance. There is a one month minimum, after which it continues until either party gives 7 days notice.
Seymour Allstore (120 Wimble Street)
- Size A – approx 2.3m x 3.9m or 3m x 3m – $157 per month
- Size B – approx 3m x 6m – $205 per month
- Size C – approx 3m x 9m – $247 per month
- Size D – approx 3.4m x 7.5m – $267 per month
- Size E – 2.4m x 6m, 20ft shipping container – $195 per month
Wimble Street Self Storage (111 Wimble Street)
- Size A – approx 2m x 3m – $105 per month
- Size B – approx 3m x 4m – $125 per month
- Size C – approx 3m x 6m – $155 per month
Fees and deposit
- Key deposit: $200, refundable within 30 days of ending the agreement, provided the unit is clean, undamaged and the key is returned.
- One-time admin fee: $110.
- Cleaning fee: $80, only if the unit needs cleaning after you vacate.
- Late payment fee: $66, applied each time a payment is late.
- Rent is paid monthly in advance through Ailo. Refunds are not provided on rent already paid in advance when you vacate.
How to sign up
- Check current availability above, or call the office.
- Submit a quick enquiry with your details and the unit you are interested in.
- We review and confirm the unit.
- We email you the storage agreement to sign electronically.
- You pay the $200 key deposit and the first month’s rent.
- We set you up in Ailo and you are ready to move in.
Access and security
- Access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Many units are own-key, and a gate key is provided for site access.
- You are responsible for securing your unit. Please keep the gate and your unit locked at all times.
- A hardened, bolt-cutter-proof padlock is recommended for your unit.
Insurance and what you can store
- Goods are stored at your own risk and are not insured by us. We recommend you arrange your own contents insurance.
- Do not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, flammable, explosive or environmentally harmful goods.
- Units are for storage only.
Ending your agreement
- Give 7 days notice to end the agreement.
- Remove all goods and leave the unit clean and in good condition, and return the key.
- Your $200 deposit is refunded by bank transfer within 30 days, less any cleaning or repair costs if applicable.
Frequently asked questions
How much does storage cost?
It depends on the size and facility. At Wimble Street, sizes run from $105 per month (2m x 3m) to $155 (3m x 6m). At Seymour Allstore, sizes run from $157 to $267 per month, with 20ft containers at $195. All prices include GST and are paid monthly in advance.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a $200 refundable key deposit, refunded within 30 days of ending the agreement provided the unit is clean, undamaged and the key is returned.
Are there any other fees?
A one-time admin fee of $110, a late payment fee of $66 if a payment is late, and an $80 cleaning fee only if the unit needs cleaning after you leave.
How do I pay?
Rent is paid monthly in advance through Ailo, our management and payments system.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, one month minimum, then month to month until either side gives 7 days notice.
When can I access my unit?
Any time. Both facilities offer 24 hour, 7 day access. You secure your own unit, so please keep the gate and door locked.
Is my property insured?
No. Goods are stored at your own risk and are not insured by us, so we recommend arranging your own contents insurance.
What can I not store?
Anything hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, flammable, explosive or environmentally harmful. Units are for storage only.
How do I cancel?
Give 7 days notice, clear out and clean the unit, and return the key. Your deposit is refunded within 30 days.
